Mr. Winkel, I am disturbed but not surprised
that you and the Board chose to ignore my concerns of questionable
activities, interfering with the Election process (January 26th Email).
Evidently you and the Board don't take the rite to vote very seriously.
Moreover it's not very professional for the Board's spokesman, Mr. Baer to
attack me and three unconnected residents then not even mention the subject
matter; this has the appearance of a smoke screen. This tactic is the
Board's SOP.

Mr. Winkel, in the past I have addressed
valid concerns directly to you and the Board for the betterment of our Sun
City Community in mind only to be ignored; now you leave me no choice but to
go public with this problem.

PS: I recommend to potential home buyers in
this HOA that they attend at least one BoD meeting before they sign on the
dotted line!

Let's get one thing straight I petitioned my Sun City Board
January 26, 2009 with a valid concern for our community, a blatant case of
ELECTIONEERING. The Board chose to ignore this potential violation of State
and Federal laws. In the last City of Las Vegas election this group was at
it again with their recommendations. On June 28, 2009 I addressed Mr. Winkle
(the Certified Professional) and the Board to inform them that these
conditions were still going on and need to be addressed.

Mr. Baer it is evident by your arrogant attitude along with
evading the issue and by involving your own personal problems you are
creating a smoke screen to protect this cabal. The only dog I have in this
fight is my property and community; may I suggest you buy the same dog.

this correspondence to. I pointed out that Mr. Winkle is the professional
and ultimately he is the one that be held accountable for the advice or lack
of advice given the Board. Robert Hall, Don Gelbman or Benard Silver has
absolutely nothing to do with this correspondence; just what are you trying
to say?

Did you follow Barry Goldman suggestion on
go to the CCOC ? That is the committee that gave Robert Hall some
satisfaction against RF. By saying that the "cabal not only has control
over who serves on committee's ........" you just indicted the whole Board
of Directors, so why write to us?
The only conspiratorial group of plotters I
know of include Bernard Silver and Donald Gelbman.

On January 26, 2009 I sent a letter
outlining a blatant case of ELECTIONEERING to Mr. Barry Goldman who chaired
the Election Committee w/Cc: to the BoD

Goldman promptly responded with a letter dated January 28, 2009
(http://daksplace.blogspot.com/2009/06/blog-post_21.html ) acknowledging
receipt of my correspondence that states "the intention and purpose of this
correspondence is to go on written record...." I have Cc: this
correspondence to the Board. Although the damage has already been done; it
is President Post and the Board's responsibility to rectify this type of
conduct by replacing the Officers of the Residents Form this would send a
loud message that this kind of conduct is not tolerated by any special
interest group. As a Candidate and a homeowner of this Association I would
appreciate a written response telling me how the Board will handle this
matter. As of June 27, 2009 the Board has chosen to ignore the actions of a
relatively small group that has gained control over our Sun City
Committee's.

This cabal not only has control over who
serves on committee's, but also through their position as officers of the
Residents Form and two News Letters and a Chat Line that distorts Sun City
information. They take it upon themselves to indorse political candidates
and degrade the candidates they do not indorse. I realize the Board has D&O
coverage; however Mr. Winkle has the professional responsibility to advise
the Board when there is a possible violation of State and Federal Laws
including electioneering. The "Sun City News You Can Use" publication
gathered their distribution list from sign up sheets at the Residents Form
meetings, and then turned them over to a professional Email Marketing
Company. The "Village Voice" on the other hand ditto's the Board and goes on
to state it's not for debate of an issue-only the facts as the Editor sees
them????

Please remove this cancer from our Sun City
community,
