Ken, thanks for your insight into the management chain of command here in Sun City Summerlin. What I hear you saying is that the Golf Course/Landscape Maintenance Dept. is under the supervision  of the Property Committee, chaired by Director Bruce Alitt,/sub-committee, chaired by Allen Bell.

First of all I thought that the normal day to day maintenance operations was the responsibility of the Golf Course/Landscape Dept. overseen by the Executive Director. My neighbors and myself have continually informed the Board, Executive Director and Dept Heads of these neglected maintenance conditions that affects our homes. I will be glad to share my backup documents for a better overview of the situation.

Ken, Thanks for responding. We home-owners are not looking for answers, we are looking for the commitment that is outlined in Sun City's original governing documents.
