Re: Charlotte Kuklin's terrace to Highland Falls golf course

Dear Charlotte,
There are a lot of Sun City home/owners that share our frustrations. Sixteen years ago we chose Sun City Summerlin for the retirement life style and amenities that are outlined in the governing documents and described in Link magazine.

During this sixteen years all the Board members including the Executive Directors have been well informed of the property damages, personal safety and maintenance issues derived from Highland Falls G.C.

The latest attempt for the Highland Falls G.C. Maintenance Project/4th fairway perimeter was initiated last April only to be stopped by the interim Executive Director. After more home-owners complained the project was restarted with completion scheduled in September, it is now mid October and the project is stalled again.

Charlotte, what really troubles me is that out Board members, that are our neighbors, have refused to address these and other problems that have been brought to their attention, that's not very neighborly is it?

Your neighbor and friend,

Dwain Kramzar

Hi Brian,,

This is Charlotte Kuklin on Highland Falls Golf Course, hole #4.
Last week  your men took out the purple plants from my back terrace to the golf course. They left the other leafy plants and did not cut the saplings to the Evergreen tree.  Will they be back to take these items out?
I assumed last week when we talked that all the leafy vegetation in my terrace was to be removed and rocks and a ground cover was to placed on my terrace as well as neighbors to the north, Kramzars, next door to me, house next to Kramzars and Judy Berens/ George Curcio  terraces and they would all look uniform. There are straw-like stalks coming up through these plants., and I am sure there will be many more to come.   I do not object to the cactus on the terrace, but they do look like they are there with no plan.  Is there finally a plan for these golf course terraces?
We moved here in 1998, 16 years ago, and we have had a situation with the golf balls hitting our south and east walls, and bad plantings on our terrace ever since. .  Brian, isn't it time we all get some relief so we can enjoy the amenities that writers write about in the LINK?   As homeowners in Sun City, I do not feel we are out of line for asking for something we should expect and  that should have been efficiently planned on day one.
Thank you for your help and understanding.
Charlotte Kuklin
