Re: Highland Falls G.C.

Ms. Patricia Rosa
Executive Director, SCSCAI
Board of Directors,
Leo Crawford
-President

Las Vegas, NV 89134

Ms. Rosa, on June 19, 2013 I addressed the attached letter of concern to Director Stienman, w/cc to the BOD, in regards to an ongoing situation with the errant golf balls on Highland Falls GC hole #4 resulting in extensive damages. As I stated in the past "it would be insane to make these costly repairs without addressing the cause".

The history of this HOA has been to ignore and deny that any problem exist, this time is no exception. Therefore, I am sending a copy of the email by registered mail with anticipation of any further action that may be needed.

Mr. Crawford, I must apology about my brief details of the Highland Falls G.C summary sent to Mr. Stienman. I assumed the SCSCAI was well informed of these issues. To better explain the details you say you are unaware of I have attached a couple of links below with the information you requested.

If you have any problems understanding the content or need any additional information, don't hesitate the give me a call.

What design issues and what was the damage you  refer to that you attribute to the golf course
