Mr. David Stienman, Director, Golf-oversight Chairman

David, I am addressing this correspondence to you mainly because of your long participation on the SCSCAI Board of Directors and now Golf-oversight Chairman. Also, as a neighbor to Mrs. Kuklin and myself you are aware of our fifteen year struggle brought on by poor design and maintenance on Highland Falls G.C.

The results of this fifteen year struggle resulted with the replacement of Mrs. Kuklin and my roofs and extensive water damage to the interior of our houses. The sad thing about this is that we have to look forward to repeating these repairs again, due to the failure of our HOA to address these problems.

Another issue is the shoddy maintenance of the landscaping adjoining the home-owners properties. Again the HOA has failed to address these conditions. The landscaping maintenance was addressed two times in my fifteen years as a home-owner, only after many request by the residents.  Now a patchwork job comprised of various unruly looking plants and diseased and dying cactus. No uniformity in the four property project. 

David, myself and others have pointed out these conditions in the past only to be ignored. Hopefully, you as Golf Oversight chairman can take a closer look at this situation for Charlotte, me and the other residents affected. Thanks for any help you can provide.
