Sun City Summerlin Homeowners;
All eleven Candidates for the 2010 Board of Directors has committed to implement a Business Plan for Sun City's business. What does this mean for Sun City Summerlin? Five Candidates will be seated on the 2010 Board, only three incumbent Board members are on record in opposition to a Business Plan (Baer, LeVasseur, Caroccia), therefore the vote would be 6/3 in favor of the long overdue Business Plan. The only problem is that the oppositon (Baer, LeVasseur, Caroccia) will try to bury the Plan in committee.
In the past it has been requested for the formation of an independent Commission to apply the Essential Elements of a Good Business Plan; I would suggest this be the first order of business for the newly seated 2010 Board of Directors. The Task of the Independent Commission would be to fill in accurate data in the nine Essential Elements of the Plan. The Plan could be up and running 1-2 weeks after the data is compiled. Anyone that could provide accurate data or Professional advice pertaining to the nine Elements are requested to reply to this email with their contribution.
