Hi Patty, I am pleased with your response and observations. Our retirement community has strayed from the original intention and purpose outlined in our governing documents. 

Our elected representives have failed to provide the oversight that they were elected to do. They have chose to run the day to day operations themselves. The President of the Board replaced the Executive Director with herself at a salary of $2000.00 per week. Now a small group have complete control of our $15 million retirement community.

It is time to spread the word to as many Sun City residents as possible.

Thanks for keeping up with the neglect of grounds and the devastation of grounds.  Even the City golf courses and private courses have not have this type of destruction.  Now there are no roots to hold the dirt from eroding or to hold the dirt from putting us into a dust bowl situation.  Many here have berating problems and this is going to be a real problem for them.  Rocks on the top won't stop the erosion or dust blowing.  What happened to our 2/3 vote about major issues!  This was pushed thru without our vote and a study done regarding cost per household, property value reduction if it is done unsightly, etc.  All of these areas should have been covered and voted upon.

A picture is worth 1000 words. Attached is 55,000 words that displays the neglect to provide maintenance, preservation of this HOA's as outlined the Master Declaration of Articles of Incorporation.

The GOOD, BAD & UGLY is a comparison to the Dues Paying membership to the Button Willow Dogie Poop Patch. This problem has existed for fifteen years with the same excuses, no help, no water. wrong time of the year. The latest was "a change of the ED"
