Re: [My Sun City Summerlin-BLOG] Gaming Contract from the Gaming Vendor's perspective

Mr. Crawford, Re: your note to Ms. Cougar; your impression of the discussion and motion is absolutely correct, however what I was asking for was "the rational used with the Agenda item, **X-2. Discussion and motion regarding extending or renewing Templeton Gaming Corporation's lease"

As far as your comment about responsibility, it has the appearance talking down this member to Ms Couar and your fellow Board members.

FYI I was prompted to run for the Board two times. Both times the motivation was to inform the membership that this HOA has refused to implement a Business Plan. At the Resident Form - Meet the Candidates Meeting there were eleven candidates that pledged their support for a Business Plan if elected. To date no plan has been implemented or talked about.

Mr. Crawford, I hope you realize that I have not only run for the Board I have attended more BoD meetings than some of the directors. A lot of these meetings were verry questionable.

My impression of the discussion and the motion was that we would negotiate and if negotiations fell thru, we would rebid, with a preference for rebidding if in doubt.

Lets not forget it's "our" responsibility to do what we think is right, not Kramzer's.  He can run for the Board too.
