Re: 2624 High Range

Mr. Kelley;

I want to thank you for your prompt reply. By your reply labeling this as a "Special Project"  I believe it is important to bring you up to speed on the nature and status of this project.

History: for the past 13-14 years normal maintenance on the Highland Falls G. C. has been treated by the HFGC Maintenance Dept. as you have stated "special projects". Normal maintenance such as weed control, trash removal, mowing and irrigation systems should be scheduled on a live calendar not generated by the home-owner or to be treated as a "special project". In the past either my neighbor (Mrs. Kuklin) or myself were required to generate the w/o in order to bring attention to any repairs needed on the Highland Falls G C property bordering our homes.

Mr. Kelley, as far as being (my choice of trim or replacement) this decision is not the home-owner's to make, this is the responsibility of management. As far as your suggested time line of November-December, let me remind you that this is another six to seven months looking at dead bushes, trash and weeds, remember your weeds are our weeds.

Again, I want to thank you for your prompt reply. If you need any clarifications in this matter do not hesitate to give me a call.

Mr. Kramzar, the Highland Falls Golf Course Maintenance Department will
be glad to either trim back the Backrus Bushes or remove them (your
choice)
.  This would have to be a winter project that could be scheduled
in Nov. or Dec.  During the growing season we don't have the man power
to handle special projects.  Yes, landscaping is a special project
during the Bermuda growing season.
 Let me know if you would like a trim
or replacement.

Highland Falls Maintance Dept;

For over two months I have been promised weed and overgroth maintance
to be peformed on Highland Falls Golf course bordering three
properties at 2624 High Range. Two phoned in W/O have been ignored,
normaly projects of this kind would be the responsibility of Sun City
not the homeowner.

I am expecting a prompt reply.
