The attached promotion is one of Joe Kelley's projects along with being the SCSAI Business Manager, Golf Pro and a member of the Golf Oversight Committee & Golf Marketing/Promotion Committee expert. My question is what the hell is Kelly doing promoting TPC Summerlin golf course using SCSAI resources? Maybe this strategy is part of  Sun City Summerlin none existent Business Plan.
