Dwain Kramzar did not relocate to Nevada to start a new career as an Armature Politician!
Dwain Kramzar brings 45 years of Common Sense Logic acquired from mistakes & successes in the Business World. I am a "Common sense" conservative that believes governing on "What has worked" rather than governing based on what "should work". I believe the board of directors is a body of elected or appointed members who jointly provide oversight of Sun City Summerlin's professional management.
Why is Dwain Kramzar a Candidate for the BoD's? There are over 2 million reasons why; In my 12 years as a homeowner there has been many changes in Sun City's Financial Health & governing documents directly related to the performance of the BoD's acting as Amateur Politician's.
The Association's purpose is, with reasonable governance and rules, to provide for the care and maintenance of the facilities in a cost effective manner, and to create an atmosphere which encourages new and old residents to maintain the active lifestyle they have sought by moving to the community.
