FW: Chefs Pantry Lease Version2 Redline 2May092.pdf - Adobe Reader

Bob;

I took the liberty of sharing this proposal with my friend Chas (co-owner of Fallini’s & Salvadories Restaurants); Chas tried to contact Joe Kelley several times regarding the possibilities of leasing the Summit Restaurant, Joe didn’t give Chas the courtesy of a return phone call, by the way the Fallini brand would have been a great asset to our Sun City community. My past experience with Bar & Restaurant leasing tells me that this project will be another financial blunder for Sun City, just one more example of incompetent management or maybe planned incompetent management.

Bob, in the past I and others have contacted the BoD to make them aware of potential train wrecks and have been ignored. I know you are only one of the nine, please make the BoD aware of this red flag in your own way.

I am certainly glad that Joe Kelly never returned my calls. If this guy even considers this as is. I want to sell him some doughnut holes....cheap.
