At all meetings of the Association, Roberts Rules of Order shall prevail.

Roberts Rules of Order are required by the Associations By-Laws, if they were reenacted there would be a greater participation of residents at board meetings. Wouldn't that be great?

Subject: Terrorism Insurance?
Members Board of Directors;

Reading the April 2008 issue of the Link magazine article, Actions Taken By the SCSCAI Board of Directors, states the Board agreed to add terrorism insurance to the Association’s primary insurance. I have a likely dumb question; what “acts of terrorism” and properties are covered under this policy addition?
